*Your unique access code was sent to you through Spruce Health along with information about accessing the office. You can also find your code in the Camera and Access Code Consent document previously sent through Spruce, and can also be found in your IntakeQ portal.
Having trouble accessing the building?
If you cannot locate your access code, your code isn't working, or you've otherwise lost access to the building, please reach out to your provider through Spruce Health or call/text Alex at 515-368-9966 for assistance.
Entering Our Office
Your privacy and security are among our top priorities at Raise Up Counseling. To help maintain a safe and confidential environment for our clients and providers, all exterior office doors remain locked at all times. Access is limited to individuals who have been authorized to enter the space.
To enter the Raise Up Counseling building:
Locate the keypad at the entrance.
Enter your unique access code using the keypad, then hit “#”.
Once your code is accepted, the door will unlock for 5 seconds.
*All delivery packages can be left at the door. If a package requires a signature, please place the sticker on the door.
